This Privacy Policy applies to business representatives visiting this Site, including those applying to participate in the programs that Rakuten makes available for merchants and advertisers (“Client Services”), and in some instances, to facilitate transactions for the Client Services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information about you, with whom we share personal information, how we protect this information, and your rights in relation to the information collected in relation to the Site. This Privacy Policy does not address information collected from or about consumers as part of the services provided by Rakuten on www.rakuten.com or the Rakuten consumer applications, which is set forth at https://www.rakuten.com/privacy. Additional terms set forth in our commercial agreements with merchants and advertisers may govern your use of our Client Services.
