This privacy policy applies to business representatives visiting this Site and applying to participate in our programs and describes how we collect and use personal information about you, with whom we share personal information, how we protect this information, and your rights in relation to the information collected in relation to the Site. This privacy policy does not address information collected from or about consumers as part of the services provided by Rakuten on www.rakuten.com or our Rakuten consumer applications, which is set forth at https://www.rakuten.com/privacy. Additional terms set forth in our commercial agreements with merchants and advertisers may govern your use of our Client Services. CATEGORIES AND SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT. We collect certain personal information from and about you when you visit or interact with our Site.
We collect the following information directly from you, when you provide it or send it to us:
