This Privacy Policy describes how Ebates Performance Marketing, Inc. dba Rakuten Rewards (hereinafter referred to as “Rakuten”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this corporate website at https://business.rakuten.com and any other websites or platforms that specifically refer or link to this Privacy Policy (“Sites”). This Privacy Policy applies to business representatives visiting this Site, including those applying to participate in the programs that Rakuten makes available for merchants and advertisers (“Client Services”), and in some instances, to facilitate transactions for the Client Services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information about you, with whom we share personal information, how we protect this information, and your rights in relation to the information collected in relation to the Site. This Privacy Policy does not address information collected from or about consumers as part of the services provided by Rakuten on www.rakuten.com or the Rakuten consumer applications, which is set forth at https://www.rakuten.com/privacy. Additional terms set forth in our commercial agreements with merchants and advertisers may govern your use of our Client Services. Rakuten is part of the Rakuten Group, which includes the affiliates and subsidiaries of our parent company Rakuten Group, Inc., based in Tokyo, Japan.

CATEGORIES AND SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT.We collect certain personal information from and about you when you visit or interact with our Site.

We collect the following information directly from you, when you provide it or send it to us:

  • Personal Identifiers such as your name, business address, phone number, email address, company name and location, and any other personal information contained in the content of your inquiry or the profile of your business accounts.
